The staff is wonderful: Gladson, our agent, is very professional: He was informative and patiently explained the coverage in easily understood terms, providing examples and scenarios of the presence verses the absence of coverage protections, (which we found very helpful); He asked questions to tailor our coverage to fit our needs, focusing on what was most important to us; He has proven to be very knowledgeable of the State Farm Insurance product; He provided timely response to communications and requests for service; We found him warm, welcoming, personable, funny and kind. His support partner in the office is Chelsea, who warrants the same praise. She had responded, when Gladson was on another line, in an appointment, etc with the same kindness and professionalism. We cannot say enough about this agency and we hope that you will consider them for your future insurance needs. Nope we didn’t receive payments, discounts or favors for this review… just good service from good folk, (which is RARE in today’s marketplace) and we wanted to share our experience!
